You Asked, We Answered

What type of laminating film do you need?

You may be looking for a matte, glossy, heat sealable or special effect film. You should consider parameters such as whether it is sufficient to have a single side corona or whether both the front and back of the film should be corona treated, whether heat sealing is required.

What should be the thickness?

You can decide which thickness of lamination film to choose according to your needs by looking at the area of use of the product or the data on the film's product information forms. Standard thickness usually varies between 10 microns and 40 microns. In paper/cardboard lamination, 12-15 microns are very common in the market. For packaging, 20-30 micron heat-sealable BOPP film is very common. In very special cases, 20 micron heat-sealable film has been used in lamination.

We have taken the initiative to use 10 micron instead of 12 micron in order to ensure that less plastic is released into nature for sustainability reasons.
